Our code of conduct is guided by our mission to provide quality housing that is long-lasting and serves the needs of our clients. We believe in construction that is consumer-driven, where the home buyer is allowed to put some input in design and construction of the house. Ours is to bring all the skills together and provide our manpower and experience to make the project a success.
We deliver on our promises honestly and accurately
These principles are in addition to our adherence and compliance to South Africa’s regulatory requirements under the National Home Builders Registration Council (nhbrc.co.za) and Estate Agency Affairs Board.
BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS:
Building activities and standards comply with the standards and guidelines as set by the following:
-NHBRC –Standards and Guidelines
– SABS 400 – National Building Regulations
– SABS 0164 Part 1 – The Structural use of masonry
